Hakan Yıldırım

I’m a visionary entrepreneur, globetrotter, published author, keynote speaker and a passionate guerrilla-marketing-ninja. I balance my adventurous career with family life. I’m a devoted husband and proud father, and I even find time to practice beekeeping.

With a background in International Business and Strategic Management, I’ve held leadership roles in global marketing & strategy, product development, sales, and change management at renowned international companies and industry associations.

Resulting from a quarter-life-crises in 2014, what was meant to be a three-week vacation turned into a 777-day hitchhiking journey around the world. It was a life-changing adventure and while I was trying to discover my life purpose, I discovered my Self along the way.

Today I run multiple businesses and give inspirational speeches worldwide. I'm also writing my second book, a fantasy novel that captures the lessons from my journey across the globe and into my inner self.

Bir Dünya Şiir (A World of Poetry) is a collection of poems I wrote during 777 days of travel. Born from a quarter-life crisis, this book chronicles my quest for meaning and self-discovery.

In these poems I captured every inspiration, life-lesson and the magic of each moment I received from every person I met and every country I crossed.
